**Workflow Coordinator**

If you’re looking to kickstart your career in advertising, this is the perfect opportunity for you The Workflow Coordinator is often the first point of contact at Link9 for our agencies as they seek to partner with us. You will work closely alongside agency Project Managers, Creatives, and Account Teams, while coordinating projects for our Design Studio, Production and Asset Management teams. You’re part project manager, agency liaison, problem solver, and teacher. Previous experience in this space isn’t required, but experience working at a company where communication and collaboration are key is a definite plus.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Intake and process all agency requests for Design Studio (including print, digital and presentation tactics)
- Keep an accurate status sheet of all active and upcoming projects
- Assist Design Studio Supervisor in assigning projects based on skillset and availability
- Schedule Pre-Mechanical meetings between agency and design team
- Provide estimates and timing required to complete tasks and prioritize workload as needed to ensure work is delivered to client on time
- Guide clients and studio teams on project path—provide process training, explanation of critical tasks and durations
- Escalate issues and concerns to Associate Director
- Assist in training freelance and full time staff on process and workflow tools
- In person client travel is required
