**Your contribution**:

- Working with Sales Associates and leading team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Developing and executing the selling cycle.
- Structuring new and used car transactions and assisting Sales team with closing tactics.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to maximize sales result.
- Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
- OpenRoad reserves the right to modify this job description as business needs require.

- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A Current VSA MDC License.
- A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized system.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Possess a track record of success in a retail sales environment.
- Have the ability to provide strong, dynamic leadership, guiding the dealership’s overall business success.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.
