**Requirements**:
En tant qu'artiste Compositing, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la mise en vie de nos univers animés. L'artiste Compositing est responsable de l'intégration des éléments 3D rendus, des effets spéciaux et d'autres éléments pour créer les plans finaux parfaitement réalisés de notre long métrage d'animation. Cela inclut de garantir la cohérence visuelle, de respecter l'intention artistique et de résoudre les défis techniques pour produire des images de haute qualité.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Combiner plusieurs couches d'animation, d'effets visuels, de passes d'éclairage et d'éléments d'arrière-plan pour créer une image cohérente.- Équilibrer les couleurs, la lumière et la profondeur afin d'assurer la cohérence visuelle entre les plans et les séquences.- Résoudre les problèmes techniques tels que les incohérences des contours, le flou de mouvement et le nettoyage des artefacts.- Collaborer avec les départements tels que l'éclairage, les effets et le rendu pour identifier et résoudre les défis spécifiques à chaque plan.- Utiliser des logiciels de compositing pour ajouter de la profondeur, de l'atmosphère et des améliorations comme les effets de lentille, l'étalonnage des couleurs et le flou de mouvement.- Apporter des ajustements créatifs pour s'assurer que la vision du réalisateur est réalisée dans chaque plan.- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Superviseur Compositing et les autres membres de l'équipe pour s'aligner sur la direction artistique et les normes techniques.- Fournir des retours aux départements en amont (par exemple, modélisation, éclairage, FX) pour améliorer l'efficacité du flux de travail.- Organiser et gérer tous les actifs de compositing, y compris les conventions de nommage des fichiers et leur archivage approprié.- Maintenir des normes élevées en matière d'organisation des fichiers et de gestion des versions.
**Ce que vous apporterez**:
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Artiste Compositing dans l'industrie de l'animation, idéalement sur des longs métrages entièrement animés ou hybrides.- Maîtrise des logiciels 3D standards de l'industrie (par ex. : Maya, Houdini).- Compétence dans l'utilisation de Katana, y compris le travail avec des modèles dans un pipeline de production.- Solide compréhension de la théorie des couleurs, de la composition et des principes de la cinématographie.- Connaissance approfondie des langages d’ombrage (par ex. : RenderMan, Arnold).- Familiarité avec les logiciels de compositing (par ex. : Nuke).- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler efficacement sous des délais serrés.- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.- Une passion pour la narration et un sens artistique développé.- Capacité à guider et à soutenir les artistes compositing juniors et d'autres membres de l'équipe, en favorisant un environnement d'apprentissage collaboratif.

As a Compositing Artist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our animated worlds to life. The compositing artist is responsible for integrating 3D rendered assets, special effects, and other elements to create the final polished shots for our animated feature. This includes ensuring visual consistency, maintaining artistic intent, and resolving technical challenges to produce high-quality imagery.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Combine multiple layers of animation, visual effects, lighting passes, and background elements into a cohesive image.- Balance color, light, and depth to ensure visual consistency across shots and sequences.- Address technical issues such as edge inconsistencies, motion blur, and artifact cleanup.- Collaborate with departments like lighting, effects, and rendering to troubleshoot and resolve shot-specific challenges.- Use compositing software to add depth, atmosphere, and enhancements such as lens flares, color grading, and motion blur.-
