**Reports to**: PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise Founder & CEO and Program Manager

**Job purpose**: to coordinate all activities, including interaction with partners related to the development and execution of PARO’s Prosper initiative, including organizing a team of Project Coordinators and provide services and support to women entrepreneurs as per the project goals and outcomes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**: The Lead Prosper Coordinator will be responsible for daily supervision of all Prosper Project Coordinators, and activities in support of program goals and outcomes. This work includes development, execution and delivery of services, and managing identifies goals and outcomes. To achieve these outcomes, the Lead Coordinator will be responsible for the following activities:
**General Project Coordination**
- Reporting to PARO management including CEO, supervise and monitor the Prosper Project Coordinators, and Data and Evaluation Coordinator, and other contracted Experts that support identified and related goals and outcomes.
- Reporting to PARO management including CEO, supervise and monitor Hub Partners who are carrying out activities, such as those for a “Prosper Project Coordinator” in their province.
- Reporting to PARO management including CEO, supervise and monitor Hub Partner carrying out activities, such as those for “Communications and Marketing Coordinator” for all of participating provinces
- Monitoring project Team (includes Staff, Key Partners contracted to deliver services for the project and contractors delivering specified support to the project) to develop positive collaboration and interaction, positive partner interaction and to foster partner relationships and maintain effective communications strategies in all regions
- Within the project, facilitate and foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and ensure proper governance of the project as per the strategy outline in the proposal
- Monitor for program outcomes and ensure steadfast and timely progress
- Develop and implement intake and reporting mechanisms
- Develop with the Data and Evaluation Coordinator, and PARO management, effective and timely evaluation mechanisms for gathering feedback from partners, participants and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with PARO team members in Ontario to support the goals of the position, such as loan and circle coordinators and business counsellors and partners to ensure the objectives, outcomes, and responsibilities of the Project are met in a timely manner
- Work with partners to strengthen existing and build new inclusive networks of support for women entrepreneurs, that identify and share knowledge and best practices, and/or improve coordinator of support for small businesses and entrepreneurs, including activities such as roundtables/CITs, shared events, training and networking opportunities
- Implement strategic activities as outlined in the Project Outcomes to advance/support procurement and supplier diversity efforts, expansion and exporting plans by providing women-owned companies with strategic connections, training, mentoring, counselling and support, to increase understanding about, and access to, private and public sector procurement opportunities;
- Design and develop activities related to capacity building and skills development opportunities; compilation, development and delivery on learning materials, tools and workshops responsive to the objectives of this project
- Deliver enhanced business programs and services that provide cutting-edge skill development/training, one-on-one counselling, support in completing business plans, cash flows and supports to access financing, plus access to information and resources
- Ensure quantitative outcomes are on-track to be completed by the end of the project, including collaborating with Prosper Coordinators and Hub partners to monitor progress
- Facilitate partner, participant and stakeholder engagement through designing and holding coordination meetings and events
- Work with program participants to support their business development through one-on-one counselling, fostering access to contact development opportunities, training and financing, including development and support for Prosper Circles and other potential supports

**Prosper Circles and Business Advisory Committees**
- Foster interest and build a network of Prosper Circles (Peer Lending Circles) based on the present PARO Ontario, innovative Peer Circle Model, providing an advanced forum and network of peer support and mentorship for groups of growth-minded women entrepreneurs
