**Position opening for: Product Owner**

**Location: 562 Wellington St., London, Ontario**

**Type**:Full-Time
**Experience**:8 or more years of industry experience, particularly in the automotive market
**Compensation**:$70,000 - $75,000 base salary + annual performance bonuses
**Location**:London, ON (remote work available)

Responsibilities,
- Participate in client meetings, delivering project updates, presenting new work, and providing strategic consulting based on 8+ years of experience.
- Gather data and evaluate opportunities for improvement, guiding decisions to meet organizational standards and user requirements.
- Analyze the current development procedures leading to the implementation of innovative policies to enhance productivity while improving the overall quality of work.
- Extend support to the team through the strategic design, development, and testing of all IT systems before user testing.
- Monitor live client systems and conduct maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Take charge of documentation tasks by crafting and updating user guides and standard operating procedures. Contribute to seamless implementation processes, providing users with comprehensive resources for effective utilization.
- Start your day by reading the latest in software trends online to continuously hone your skills in an ever-changing field. Conclude the day with a one-on-one session with Andre LeFort, utilizing his 20 years of experience for effective team leadership and support.
- Engage in daily team meetings, discussing project updates, reviewing past work, and establishing goals to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Skills and experience,
- 8+ Years of work experience in IT systems.
- Direct knowledge and experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning process of the transportation industry (trucking and trailers)
- Development of enterprise products and strategies for at least 30 clients.
- Experience working at both agency and large enterprise for a significant portion of your career.
- A strong portfolio with experience in product management as it pertains to software development, digital products, software engineering, and more.
- Produce and launch new software products.
- 8+ Years of experience acting as the client’s key point of contact, strategist, and project manager on new software builds.
- Excellent communication skills with experience participating in discovery sessions to understand business goals, clients’ products/services, industry nuances, competitors, target audiences, growth opportunities.
- Ability to clearly present technology-related strategies and deliverables, communicate technical information, analyze and effectively.
- Share data/insights/results and build alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience participating in discovery sessions to understand business goals, clients’ products/services, industry nuances, competitors, target audiences, growth opportunities, user flows, and required website features. Proven ability to document and fulfil on project and product requirements to achieve business goals.
- Quality assurance of all IT systems and provide timely feedback for the software development team.
- Understanding of systems maintenance and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s level education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another relevant educational program.
- A genuine interest in software, business, and technology - you read and educate yourself

to better your expertise and skills in digital product development.
