**Job Title**

2023 Summer Student, CFO - Analyst, I&T Finance

**What will you do?**
- Financial Analysis: Participate in the analysis of T&O’s Innovation and Technology NIE and related levers. Participate in the review and development of financial models to support detailed analysis of NIE.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the creation of material to support forecast and planning communications to business partners and T&O executives.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Pursuit of a degree in Finance or Business with a focus on accounting / technology
- Self-motivated and independent worker with a solutions driven mind-set
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and willingness to learn basic coding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in the financial services industry

**Nice-to-have**
- Working towards CPA, CFA or MBA.

**Job Summary**

As an Analyst within Innovation & Technology Finance - you will serve as a key role in a special project for Finance and support the team to provide valuable insights to our I&T partners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an analytical and accounting mindset along with a willingness to learn about Technology & Operations Finance.
