Bayshore is looking for a passionate and dedicated Scheduler to join our amazing Coordination team. Do you enjoy problem solving and piecing together puzzles? Are you a social person who enjoys talking on the phone? Our Client Service Coordinator is the main point of contact to our Staff and Clients. Negotiation and customer service skills will be used every day when scheduling our team of home care providers in the community.
**At Bayshore, your safety is our top priority.** We will provide you with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate training, as well as daily infection prevention screening at work. Bayshore provides work from home opportunities when necessary and available.
Job Qualification
**Education**
Minimum - Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a recognized Program, such as the Licensed/Registered Practical Nurse Program and/or a Medical Terminology course is preferred. **Experience**
Minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
**Other Skills and Abilities**
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to meet deadlines and strong commitment to continual learning; demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software; ability to operate all standard office equipment.
Experience with Procura and/or Alayacare is an asset.
