**Territory Manager - Partner Success - Antec Controls**

We’re looking for a service driven, energetic Territory Manager - Partner Success who can effectively work directly with our channel sales partners, Reps and Dealers, on a regular basis to develop and execute market level sales and brand awareness initiatives that target their local Engineers, Contractors, and End User customers.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with Antec Controls partners and strategically position our solution.
- Ignite a sense of excitement with our partners and their customers, encouraging adoption, ensuring retention, and increasing satisfaction of the Antec Controls products and brand.
- Consistently touch base with our partners, escalating important issues where needed.
- Maintain a high level of communication through internal processes while effectively communicating information back to the internal team, partners, and their customers.
- Align with internal groups to support strong customer experience and support.
- Develop strategies and goals for each partner visit and provide a detailed trip report, outlining call results, insights, and action plans.
- Develop and execute quarterly business reviews and lead monthly sales engagement updates with partners.
- Plan, organize and execute, in conjunction with partners and internal team, an event strategy that builds brand awareness.
- Coordinate and deliver sales presentations effectively using resources available. Participate in sales meetings and trade shows representing the company and presenting products and services.
- With the support of leadership, strategically support partners, anticipating outcomes in advance and identifying patterns. Supporting the development of new ways to engage with our partners who work closely with customers to ensure success.
- Ability to overnight travel 50% of the time.
- 0-5 years of successful sale/marketing or service experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, an asset.
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong trust and relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal resources.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, including exemplary communication and planning skills.
- Comfort with technology and various software platforms is desired - proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the US.
