Our Optical store is looking for a full-time Sales Associate. We are located at the corner of Yonge and College (street-level) downtown Toronto and are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (across from TTC College Station). The sales associate help customers with frame selection, style suggestions, processing insurances, completing work-orders, assisting in dispensing, supporting our Optometrist's Office, and maintaining a clean environment. We work as a team and have a no pressure approach to assisting our customers and try to maintain a relaxed environment.

We are looking for a Sales Associate with:

- A positive and professional attitude with customers and fellow staff;
- 2+ years experience in retail or customer service;
- Familiarity with computers;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is an asset);
- Ability to multi-task; and
- Ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

This is a full-time position and requires a 40+ hour / week commitment. We are not offering part-time positions at this time.
