Role Description

This is a full-time /part-time outdoor sales associate role with Nova Filsep. Initially, this role is based on commission only, with the possibility to be absorbed in the company’s regular base salary+commission. The sales associates will be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating and closing sales deals, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being conducted in the field but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service of at least 1 year
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of water filtration systems and solutions is an asset
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
