We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process orders accurately and efficiently in our system
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, promotions, and policies

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships

**Salary**: $45,500.00-$56,160.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
