Avec l'évolution de notre espace vers le modèle de studio et l'accent accru mis sur les marques offrant des expériences de type boutique plus organisées, le responsable de studio sera l'ambassadeur au sein de son studio désigné alors que Midtown s'efforce de garder une longueur d'avance sur la concurrence. Ce leader sera agile et adaptable au paysage changeant de l'industrie et prospérera dans un environnement humain, apportant un style de leadership énergique et inspirant aux programmes de conditionnement physique et à leur prestation en:
Le poste

Superviser l'expérience du studio, y compris tous les équipements et systèmes audiovisuels

S'engager activement dans le recrutement, y compris la recherche externe de talents

Intégrer et diriger notre équipe d'instructeurs "rock star"

Auditer les instructeurs parallèlement aux évaluations régulières des cours, s'assurer que les instructeurs exécutent les éléments et maintiennent l'intégrité des programmes

Gérer la performance et le développement des instructeurs pour atteindre leur potentiel

Communiquer efficacement les informations entre les instructeurs et l'équipe de direction et vice versa

Développer des moyens d'augmenter les niveaux de participation des membres Assister la directrice de la programmation dans la formation des horaires de programmation de groupe

Collecte et compilation des numéros de participation des studios Assister à des cours réguliers dans l'espace de studio compétitif / boutique pour rester au courant des tendances et à la pointe des innovations de l'industrie

Travailler dans le respect des directives de l'entreprise pour s'assurer que le studio est sur la marque et aligné sur la vision de Midtown d'une stratégie de boutique en club

Travailler aux côtés de la direction du club pour superviser le processus d'intégration des nouveaux membres

Supervision des événements du studio

Responsable de:
Participation à la programmation de groupe

Expérience en studio et en programmation

Exigences:
Au moins deux ans d'expérience en conditionnement physique en groupe Maintenir au moins une certification reconnue à l'échelle nationale en conditionnement physique de groupe

The Studio Manager reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for overseeing our signature programs and all aspects of the Studio experience within the club.

With the shift in our space towards the studio model and the increased emphasis on brands offering more curated, boutique like experiences, the Studio Manager will be the ambassador within their designated Studio as Midtown strives to stay ahead of the competition.

This Leader will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership style to the fitness programs and delivery by:
The Position- Overseeing the studio experience, including all equipment and audio visual systems- Actively engaging in recruitment, including outbound sourcing of talent- Onboarding and leading our rock star team of instructors- Auditing instructors alongside regular evaluations of classes, ensuring instructors are executing on elements & maintaining integrity of programs- Managing performance and development of instructors to reach their potential- Effectively communicating information between instructors and management team and vice versa- Developing ways to increase member attendance levels- Assisting the Program Manager in the formation of group programming schedules- Collecting & collating studio participation numbers- Attending regular classes within the competitive set/boutique studio space to stay current with trends and at the leading edge of industry innovations- Working within company guidelines to ensure the studio is on brand and aligned with Midtown's vision of an in-club boutique strategy- Working alongside club leadership to oversee the new member onboarding process- Overseeing studio events

Accountable For:
- Group Programming participation- Studio & Programming Experience

**Requirements**:
- At least two years of group fitness experience- Maintain at least one nationally recognized certification in Group Fitness
