**Le Groupe Stelpro est à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) ressources humaines pour venir compléter une équipe merveilleuse**

Tu auras la chance de collaborer avec l'équipe des ressources humaines dans les activités quotidiennes au sein de nos plans de production chez Stelpro et chez Flextherm. Ton apport et ton soutien auprès du directeur des opérations chez Flextherm sont des éléments clés. Ton rôle t'amènera à contribuer dans le respect des valeurs du groupe et ce, afin de maintenir nos relations de travail.

**Tu auras la chance de contribuer à plusieurs dossiers RH dont**:

- Dotation des employés de production ;
- Soutien ressources humaines et administratif auprès de la direction des opérations chez Flextherm;
- Accueil et intégration des nouveaux employés;
- Administrer les avantages sociaux (assurances collectives, régime de retraite, PAE) ;
- Documentation de la formation ;
- Organisation des événements et activités aux employés;
- Comité social des employés de Flextherm;
- Différents projets RH en lien avec le plan stratégique du groupe.

**Tu as les qualifications que l'on recherche**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, en ressources humaines, dans un domaine connexe ou AEC en gestion des ressources humaine;
- Expérience pertinente minimum de 1 an;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office ;
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication (à l’oral et à l’écrit) ;
- Anglais fonctionnel (atout) afin d’assurer une communication optimale avec certains employés unilingues de production;
- Autonomie, entregent et bon jugement ;
- Démontrer un sens développé de l’organisation et de la planification ;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe.

Ton expérience en milieu manufacturier est un atout.
- Des déplacements sont requis à notre usine de Stelpro (St-Bruno) et à notre usine de Flextherm (Longueuil). Une journée de télétravail par semaine est offerte._
