Based on the South Shore of Montreal, PRO-BALLAST is in full expansion and is therefore looking for a **Human Resources Technician**, passionate about the human resources field, to join their team.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the **Human Resources Technician** will be responsible for proposing an action plan and a timeline as well as performing daily HR tasks.
- Diagnose the human resources situation in order to propose an action plan and a schedule;
- Ensure the management of payroll and benefits;
- Analyze the tasks and responsibilities of the company's members, write job descriptions, qualifications and skills;
- Develop, prepare and administer HR management policies;
- Collaborate in the development of programs and activities for all employees;
- Act as a resource person for management and staff by conducting research and proposing solutions to problems;
- Support employees who have difficulties (personal or professional) and direct them to the right resources;
- Provide support for the recruitment, selection, welcoming and integration of personnel;
- Design and implement various documents such as employment contracts, employee handbook, procedures and company policies;
- Coaching managers on labor relations;
- Evaluate training needs and prepare, organize and implement training programs in collaboration with managers;
- Carry out all other related tasks necessary to the realization of the mandate.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION**:

- Possess a DEC in human resources management;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience with the Office suite;
- Read, write, communicate, orally or in writing;
- Communicate with people to gain their trust and collaboration;
- Gain the esteem of others, lead people;
- Understand phenomena and solve problematic situations;
- Plan activities, control and organize tasks;
- Work with and collaborate with people;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Help people;
- Other related tasks.
