L’équipe des communications internes d’Agropur est à la recherche d’un.e conseiller.ère qui aura la responsabilité de nous appuyer dans la réalisation de nos nombreux projets. Il.elle participera à un éventail d’activités, allant de la rédaction à l’organisation d’événements, en passant par le déploiement de campagnes. Nous cherchons une personne multidisciplinaire, prête à collaborer avec une équipe d’experts

- Mettre à profit ton expertise en matière de communication d’entreprise, en participant à l’exécution de notre stratégie globale
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe du Capital humain pour créer une expérience employé.e hors pair et pour partager toutes les initiatives de l’équipe à l’ensemble de notre population
- Appuyer une équipe dynamique qui a pour rôle de mettre de l’avant toutes les grandes réalisations et les projets porteurs de nos collègues à travers le Canada et les États-Unis
- R édiger, réviser, traduire et intégrer nos contenus sur différentes plateformes
- Déployer avec tes collègues nos campagnes de plus grande ampleur pour promouvoir diverses initiatives liées à notre expérience employé.e
- Participer à la logistique ainsi qu’aux contenus de nos grandes rencontres d’employés et événements internes, tant numériques qu’en personne ou hybrides
- Un baccalauréat en communication, journalisme ou un autre domaine pertinent, ou encore une expérience équivalente
- Un minimum de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Une habileté de rédaction et de révision dans un français et un anglais impeccables
- De l’autonomie et de la rigueur
- Une capacité à travailler simultanément sur plusieurs dossiers et à gérer des surprises
- Des aptitudes avec PowerPoint et Photoshop ou Canva, un atout
- Des aptitudes en montage vidéo, un atout
- Un amour des produits laitiers
