As an Associate Advisor, you will support a Senior Investment Advisor in managing client relationships and financial transactions. This role demands accuracy, initiative, and a client-focused approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely support to the Senior Investment Advisor in client service and transaction management.
- Handle financial operations, including trades, account adjustments, and reporting.
- Manage client communications, prepare for meetings, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support wealth management strategies by preparing financial projections and coordinating with specialists.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the investment industry with a Registered Representative (RR) license (CSC, CPH, WME required)
- **Applicants must have completed the CSCs Volume 1 & 2**. Bonus if applicants have completed their CPH & WME licenses.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- University degree and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Description du poste**:
En tant que Conseiller Associé, vous soutiendrez un Conseiller en Investissements Senior dans la gestion des relations clients et des transactions financières. Ce rôle exige de la précision, de l'initiative et une approche axée sur le client.

**Responsabilités**:

- Apporter un soutien rapide au Conseiller en Investissements Senior dans le service client et la gestion des transactions.
- Gérer les opérations financières, y compris les transactions, les ajustements de comptes et les rapports.
- Gérer les communications avec les clients, préparer les réunions et maintenir la conformité avec les normes réglementaires.
- Soutenir les stratégies de gestion de patrimoine en préparant des projections financières et en coordonnant avec des spécialistes.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience dans l'industrie de l'investissement avec une licence de Représentant Enregistré (RR) (CSC, CPH, WME)
- Bilingue en anglais et en français.
- Diplôme universitaire et maîtrise de Microsoft 365.
- Solides compétences analytiques et une attention méticuleuse aux détails.
