Sales Executive

**Role Overview**: As a Sales Executive at U-Kabinet, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including contractors, builders, dealers, and individual homeowners, delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales & marketing pipeline to identify and pursue new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments.
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing our products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Guide the clients through our showroom offering.
- Maintain long-term relationships with the business clients and creating client retention & satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B and/or B2C sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and other relevant sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- College or higher education in business or interior design.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and computer software to improve sales results.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving results.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
