CRA's National EE Staffing Strategy strives to eliminate gaps for the four EE designated groups: Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, members of visible minorities, and women. Where an EE gap exists at the time of appointment, EE may be used as an appointment criterion for permanent and temporary appointments over six months made through this process.

Employees are required to work on-site at a CRA-approved location a minimum of two days per week or 40% of their regular monthly work schedule. Effective September 9, 2024, this requirement will change to a minimum of three days per week or 60% of their regular monthly work schedule. Individual exceptions may be granted based on individual circumstances and the nature of the work being performed

Duties you may be expected to perform may include, but are not limited to:

- Develops office accommodation plans, specifications and cost estimates, prepares proposals, makes presentations and leads minor accommodation projects to move or expand within local offices in a Region.
- Reviews telecommunications equipment in local office and evaluates its use, consolidates and analyzes information, prepares costing proposals, develops local office input for the annual Telecommunications Operating Planning Strategy, prepares usage reports and maintains the telecommunications inventory.
- Delivers facilities life-cycle management services such as maintaining furniture installations in Agency occupied facilities, maintaining official drawings and accommodation layouts and administering the parking program.
- Delivers telecommunication services such as maintaining, installing and troubleshooting systems, providing training and guidance and coordinating installation and repairs.
- Initiates small dollar value contracts for goods and services, monitors contracts and contractor work performed on premises and participates in the establishment of large contracts or standing offer agreements.
- The work requires responding to multiple demands, deadlines, urgent demands and safety issues related to the provision of various AT services

The pool established from this staffing process may be used to staff similar positions in any CRA office located within Western Region.

**Who can apply**

Employees of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) physically working in Winnipeg and occupying a position at the SP-03 level or higher;
