Mechanical Warranty Administartor

Industry Diesel & Turbo Service is a leader in the rebuilding of turbochargers and fuel injection systems.
**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Administrate the warranty process via the Enterprise systems in compliance with IDS protocols.
- Process, track, and review warranty service orders in a timely manner for completion, accuracy and verified criteria for all submitted warranty claims.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for containment strategies relative to any quality escapes from manufacturing and OEM/aftermarket suppliers.
- Submit supplier non conformance reporting and ensure effective and timely resolution of all PRR submittals to external partners/suppliers.
- Work with manufacturing and service department to ensure repair or replacement of warranty products are effectively processed.
**Competencies**
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.
- High degree of personal ownership and accountability.
- Intermediate computer skills and an ability to learn new systems.
- Acute mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of vehicle systems
