As an Advisor - IT Support and Operations, you participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software in accordance with the organization’s requirements.

You collaborate by implementing solutions, by being involved in development work and patch where managing complexity is key. You interact with different stakeholders working in other fields.

You advise and provide system support for these clients and stakeholders.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsabilities-
- Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Help develop documentation that is prepared and delivered for training purposes to peers and users- Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium
- to high-severity issues- Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives to standardize solutions accordinglyOther working conditions- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 1

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
