Job Overview
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. This role involves providing guidance and coaching to sales representatives, developing strategic plans, overseeing deal strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinating various activities with internal departments. The Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in fostering industry relationships and ensuring compliance with CRM data.

You will face a myriad of challenges throughout your career to stay course with our vision to become/remain market leaders. One of the significant hurdles will be coordinating and leading a geographically dispersed team. With employees spread out in different provinces, time zones, and potentially even language barriers, effective communication and collaboration can become challenging. As a National Sales Manager, your role will encompass extensive travel, with an approximate requirement of being on the road around 50% of the time.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to enhance their sales skills and performance. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and help sales representatives achieve their targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned territory, focusing on overall pipeline health, high-value deals, and key accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams, such as marketing, product development, operations, and customer support, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives. (Marketing, Sales, Service, Admin and HR)
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target opportunities, ensuring a robust 12-month pipeline.
- Join sales representatives in customer meetings to provide technical expertise, build relationships, and assist in closing deals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales team, ensuring they align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with CRM data entry, accuracy, and completeness to facilitate accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop effective prospecting plans, leveraging marketing initiatives and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing subsidiaries to coordinate market and product initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Identify and participate in relevant industry associations for developing key market and standardization efforts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports and vacation approvals to support the sales team's operational efficiency.
- Any other actions required to support the achievement of our corporate objectives

Deliverables
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing a comprehensive sale and marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and market conditions.
- Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the assigned market or territory.
- Growth: develop key industries to grow our non-core markets
- Human Resources: Support and develop employee skills to continuously improve sales results and maintain a low retention rate.
- Human Resources: Increase employee engagement following the last engagement survey in March 2023.

**Qualifications**:
