**Responsibilities**:
As a Restaurant Manager you are responsible for:
- Provide effective leadership and supervision to the restaurant staff including FOH and BOH.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality, ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's standards of quality and professionalism. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting. Monitor expenses, labor costs, and revenue to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations. Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to promote a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings based on market trends and customer feedback. Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and catering services. Work closely with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure successful execution.
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.

**Requirements**:
- Food Safety Certificate.
- 1 -2 years experience in a food service environment, demonstrating knowledge and
understanding of food safety standards and requirements.
- Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing you get the idea)
- Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
- Passion for leadership and team development
- The ability to deliver a great guest experience
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (required)
