Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Regional Manager, International Airport Operations **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Regional Manager, International Airport Operations is responsible for the strategic and day to day operations at the international airports within the Flair network for Above-the-wing (ATW) and below-the-wing (BTW) airport operations, Customer Service interactions, liaising with regulatory authorities, liaising with immigration and legal representation, managing P&L, and related responsibilities as necessary.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Regional Manager, International Airport Operations **include:

- ** Organizational and Operational Representation **- Through development of relationships with stakeholders, represent Flair operations and advocate for the service levels and operational needs at the airports for which Flair operates. This includes relationships with, regulators, immigration representatives, legal representation, airport authorities, security, government and tourism representatives, and ground handling management teams.
- ** Ground Handling(er) Performance **- While creating a safety culture at the airport, the incumbent is responsible for the overall operational performance at the airport for Flair operations. This includes oversight of 3rd party service providers for the above-the-wing (ATW) and below-the-wing (BTW) providers. Using operational performance information to drive excellent service at the airports and reviewing with service providers their performance on a regular basis, when needed developing and/or overseeing performance improvement plans to target and deliver meaningful solutions to drive efficient and excellent operation and services.
- ** Operational Performance **- The incumbent will engage in all areas of the operations at the airport to fully understand and integrate within the nuances or specifications within each destination. Through this knowledge and insight, identify any bottlenecks or obstacles for the operations and then working to drive improvement and solutions. This can include the operation areas for ATW and BTW primarily while also including other areas such as, fuelers, catering, security, immigration, bussing, air bridging, inflight, flight operations, etc.
- ** Support Service Management **- The Incumbent will be required to manage and oversee additional service providers who support the Flair operation within in the international airport environment. This includes security providers, passengers with reduced mobility providers, disruption management services, baggage delivery, and others as applicable. Through oversight, support, and management of these providers, strive to ensure and deliver high safety, service and operational standards in line with company and department objectives.
- ** Baggage Services** - Provide oversight and management of the ground handling partner to ensure they are providing baggage tracking, handling, and delivery of delayed baggage including passenger communication, in accordance with Flair policies and processes. Identifying areas of improvement within the Missing Bag Ratio (MBR) within the stations of oversight and developing and overseeing improvement action plans.
- ** Flair Culture Development** - Within airports the Regional Manager position is responsible for the growth and development of all Flair reward and recognition programs for frontline initiatives via 3rd party handlers.

**Secondary Job Functions**:

- Ensure all parties are knowledgeable and adhering to the rules and regulations for the country of operation.
- Work to develop and establish the set up and support for all finance processes for the 3rd party service providers.
- Utilize company and department support resources as needed to provide the teams with all tools and knowledge to execute on their duties.
- Participate in the start-up, restart and closure of all new, returning or closing stations.
- Oversight and ensuring all service providers are in compliance with the training requirements for their role. Working closely with Flair training teams to act as the point of escalation to any non-compliance or delinquent students.
