As the **Print Production & Sales Lead** at FireBird Prints, your primary role will be to bridge the gap between management and hands-on production, ensuring that all projects are not only envisioned but flawlessly executed. You will be pivotal in guaranteeing that every job is accurately quoted, efficiently processed, and delivered on schedule while maintaining our unwavering commitment to quality and precision. Your responsibilities will extend beyond overseeing the production workflow and driving robust sales strategies. You will also be required to directly engage with the production processes with other team members whenever necessary. This includes operating DTF printing machines, managing heat pressing, screen printing, and embroidery. **Responsibilities**:
- **Quoting and Sales**:
- Accurately provide quotes to potential and existing clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotes to close deals and maintain client relationships.

- **Production Management**:
- Oversee the entire print production process, including DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery and outsourced jobs.
- Ensure all projects are produced efficiently, meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Handle hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team.

- Lead and manage a team of four, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Schedule and delegate daily tasks, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in print production management, including expertise in DTF printing, screen printing, and embroidery.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
