Full time Human Resources Representative. 35 hours/week (7:45 am - 3:15 pm - Monday-Friday, 12 months per year.)The current rate of pay is $27.90 per hour.

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 education supplemented by completion of post secondary program certificate in business administration or related field, supplemented with one year of coursework in human resources. CPHR designation, or working toward it, is preferred; typing speed of 40 wpm; proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and relevant Microsoft Office Suite programs; three years of current human resources experience; ability to exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information; ability to organize and prioritize duties with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; ability to handle high volumes of work with constantly changing deadlines and constant interruptions; experience in the use of relevant office equipment.; meets the physical requirements of the position; ability to work independently and as a member of a team; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to align with and live by the Human Resources Department vision, mission and values.
