Behaviour Interactive, is looking for a Sales Representative in its Business Solutions Team, a business unit dedicated to providing services leveraging Gaming Technology to build Immersive, Interactive, Real-Time 3D Experiences in the non-gaming sector.

The Sales Representative will report to the Director of Business Development and will be focused on developing new sales leads and opportunities in predetermined verticals and industries.

**In this role you will**:

- Identify prospective clients through various lead generation activities and participate into converting these leads into clients.
- Understand, emphasize, present, and promote Behaviour Interactive’s Business Solution’s unique positioning and offering in the game-tech for non-gaming space.
- Execute a sales plan focused on increasing revenue targets.
- Contact new and existing prospects answering their questions and addressing their needs as they pertain to what the business unit does.
- Manage and update a sales pipeline on a monthly basis as well as meet and exceed a yearly sale quota using a CRM tool.
- Excellent ability to design and conduct effective presentations
- Attend conferences and trade events promoting our services and further developing the sales pipeline.
- Evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Ensure that all contacts and requests are followed up with in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

**What we're looking for**:

- 2-5 years' experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Self-driven, independent but a key part of a larger comprehensive team.
- A background in technology is critical. Experience in 3D visualisation is certainly a nice to have.
- Motivated to play a fundamental role in the growth of our business unit.
- Great people skills, personality and a competitive spirit is key.

**Dans ce rôle, vous aurez à**:

- Identifier les clients potentiels par le biais de diverses activités de génération de pistes et aider à convertir ces pistes en clients ;
- Comprendre, mettre de l’avant, présenter et promouvoir le positionnement et l'offre uniques de l’équipe Solutions d’affaires de Behaviour dans le domaine des technologies du jeu pour les entreprises ne faisant pas partie du domaine du jeu ;
- Exécuter un plan de ventes axé sur l'augmentation des objectifs de revenus ;
- Contacter les nouveaux prospects et prospects existants afin de répondre à leurs questions et leurs besoins en lien avec l’offre de services de l'unité d’affaires ;
- Gérer et mettre à jour un pipeline de ventes mensuel, et atteindre et dépasser un quota de ventes annuel en utilisant un outil CRM ;
- Excellente capacité à concevoir et à réaliser des présentations efficaces ;
- Assister à des conférences et à des salons professionnels pour promouvoir nos services et développer le pipeline de ventes ;
- Évaluer et qualifier les nouvelles opportunités d’affaires ;
- S’engager dans des initiatives de prospection téléphonique et par courriels afin d’identifier de nouvelles pistes de ventes ;
- Assurer un suivi précis, efficace et opportun de tous les contacts et demandes.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de ventes avec quota ;
- Autonome, indépendant e mais aussi un élément clé au sein d’une équipe plus large et complète ;
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la technologie est essentielle ;
- Une expérience en visualisation 3D est certainement un atout ;
- Motivé e à jouer un rôle fondamental dans la croissance de notre unité d’affaires ;
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et personnalité et esprit compétitif essentiels ;

Behaviour Interactive est à la recherche d'un e représentant e des ventes pour son équipe de Solutions d'affaires, une équipe spécialement consacrée aux services tirant parti de la technologie des jeux pour créer des expériences immersives, interactives et en 3D en temps réel pour les entreprises ne faisant pas partie du domaine du jeu vidéo. Le la représentant e des ventes relèvera du directeur du développement des affaires et se concentrera sur le développement de nouvelles pistes et opportunités de ventes dans des industries et secteurs verticaux prédéterminés.
