A-Kan Insurance is the fastest growing brokerage in Canada.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of insurance products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current insurance coverage and provide suitable recommendations
- Present insurance policies to clients and negotiate terms and conditions
- Collaborate with underwriters to obtain quotes and coverage options for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, or concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong sales administration skills with the ability to effectively manage client accounts
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
