**Ce que vous ferez**

En tant que chef du département marketing, vous aurez pour mission de développer une compréhension approfondie de la gamme de produits Neptronic et de ses différents marchés régionaux, afin d'apporter votre expertise, vos connaissances et votre créativité à la planification et à l'exécution de stratégies marketing efficaces.

Dans une journée type, vous serez amené(e) à:

- Superviser les recherches et analyses des tendances du marché, des données démographiques, des grilles tarifaires, des produits concurrents et d'autres informations pertinentes pour élaborer des stratégies marketing
- Suivre toutes les données marketing et commerciales ainsi que les prévisions de marché afin de définir des objectifs marketing en ligne avec ceux de Neptronic
- Utiliser les commentaires des clients et les renseignements commerciaux pour proposer des initiatives en lien avec de nouveaux produits ou services
- Fournir des informations détaillées aux parties prenantes et représenter le département marketing lors de réunions importantes avec les clients et/ou salons professionnels (à l’échelle mondiale)
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour développer des plans détaillés pour tous les canaux médiatiques et les équipes de vente ; coordonner la logistique des participations aux salons professionnels
- Superviser le développement créatif et rentable de supports promotionnels, de contenus web, de publicités, et d'autres projets liés au marketing
- Communiquer avec diverses sources médiatiques, partenaires externes, imprimeurs et autres services pour concrétiser les projets marketing
- Ajuster les campagnes et stratégies marketing en fonction des données collectées et des autres retours

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- Vos qualifications : _
- Une combinaison de formation académique en administration/marketing, et/ou plus de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles en communication en anglais et bonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Capacité à travailler avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation et à gérer plusieurs projets
- Sens esthétique très développé, créativité et imagination
- Attention aux détails, rigueur et précision
- Bonnes compétences analytiques et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint)
- Vos atouts : _

- Expérience dans le domaine des systèmes CVC, ou de la manufacture des produits électromécaniques

**What you’ll do**

As the head of the Marketing department, you will strive to develop a comprehensive understanding of Neptronic’s product line and its different regional markets to contribute your knowledge, experience, and creativity in ensuring the planning and execution of effective marketing strategies.
- On a typical day, you will _
- Oversee research and analyses of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Track all marketing and sales data and market forecasts to develop marketing goals aligned with Neptronic’s objectives
- Seek and use client feedback and business intelligence to come up with initiatives for new products or services
