This position will supervise, support and coordinate the activities of all non-cooking kitchen employees (dishwashers & night cleaners) to ensure cleanliness safety, and proper equipment set-up of F&B Functions on and off hill outlets.

**WAGE- $20.50**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Plan, assign and supervise work assignments of stewarding department and to exercise appropriate judgment on disciplinary action, as needed.
- Control of all inventories and retrieval of all equipment used to service the function. (China, glassware, silverware and carts.)
- Establishes controls to guard against theft and wastage.
- Works closely with contracted night cleaners to ensure our outlets are being taken care of correctly.
- Works Sous chef and F&B Managers concerning banquet/restaurant arrangements for food service, equipment, and extra employees.
- Participates in manager/supervisor update briefings.
- Plans and projects equipment and supplies needed, keeps cost records, establishes and maintains budget controls.
- Interviews, hires and trains new employees
- Conducts performance appraisals; rewards and disciplines employees
- Address employees' complaints/concerns and resolves problems.

**WHAT DO YOUI NEED FROM ME?**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in back of house role
- 1 years leadership experience
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Competent knowledge of production and operations in all relevant kitchen areas
