THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a Kitchen and Bath Outside Sales Rep (Must have a drivers license) & 1+ Years Experience in Sales or Outside Sales

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and persistent Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to help us expand our fast-growing business within a defined sales territory. As an OSR, you will be on the front line of the sales cycle and develop a persistent sales strategy that will win more business. We are seeking hunters who love to sell our solutions and find new business, but who also have a passion for providing top level account management. A driver's license is required to visit customers - Educate customers on products and design/renovation process. Calling on/visiting Kitchen and Bath Dealers, Design Build Firms Renovation companies and local Builders in local area.

Work Location: mostly outside

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet the budgeted sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Discuss client needs, wants, and design ideas with the customer, including assisting them with selecting suitable products (i.e., wood, MDF, thermofoil, countertops, hardware, etc.)
- Communicate preliminary designs, layouts and floor plans using Mosaik design software
- Provide pricing information to the customer and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Perform all onsite field measurements and be able to anticipate and resolve site condition issues
- Provide constructive feedback and ideas to management
- Continuous improvement in product knowledge, design trends and order accuracy
- Attend monthly sales meetings and the annual sales conference

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of sales results
- Strong working knowledge of design software
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry and design experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and oral/written communication skills; bilingualism is an asset
- Time management skills are vital, as is the ability to work outside regular office hours
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also effectively as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Degree or diploma in design or another related field
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in design/sales or a combination of education and work experience
- Must be highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Valid drivers license with access to vehicle and willingness to travel
