Procurement Quality Surveillance Coordinator

**Location**:Calgary, Alberta - Job is on site in Calgary Office**
During project implementation, the SQS Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Discussing quality and inspection requirements at the purchase order kickoff meeting
- Arranging inspection assignments as required with 3rd party inspectors.
- Coordination of procurement fabrication inspection to ensure conformance with contractual, code & project specification.
- Ensuring 3rd party inspectors have all technical data including all latest revisions.
- Assisting package engineering with review of quality documentation (ITPs, WPS, NDE procedures, etc.)
- Reviewing inspection reports provided by project personnel or inspection agencies appointed to act on behalf of the project and distribute to Package Engineers, Buyers Expeditors and Client.
- Monitoring product quality and coordinating vendor non-conformance disposition in conjunction with engineering personnel. Resolution of non-conformances and performing root cause analysis where required. Following-up to resolution on all observations, issues, concerns, findings, and NCRs
- Inspection Log tracking, coordinating all inspection activities and monitoring manhours and cost of inspection agencies. Inspection report and cost shall be distributed per the project-approved matrix.
- Supporting the inspection and surveillance activities of the package inspector(s) or designated surveillance personnel. Where required periodic QA meeting shall be held with the inspector, SQS Coordinator & Technical project personnel, which many be required.
- When required by the Project the SQS Coordinator many perform an audit to the vendors quality system during the bid period or many perform Vendor /Contractors quality audits or participate as observers in vendor audits during the execution of the work to verify compliance with the Purchase Order.
