Building Manager
**Duties**:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the building, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety equipment and security.
- Manage budgets for building maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist with the coordination of building renovations or capital improvement projects.
- Coodinate new work station setups as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Building Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems is a must
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in computer software programs related to building management.
**Note: Experience with Electrical systems is required for this position.**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
