The Maintenance and Equipment Services Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions related to managing the process of invoices related to the maintenance of the equipment and manage the recovery of warranty monies for work completed on equipment.
- **Key Duties**:_

**Maintenance and Equipment Services Administration**:

- Co-Ordination of paper-flow and data entry
- Match invoices with issued PO’s and audit for errors
- Process invoices received by vendors and enter the data into maintenance software(s) - TMW Operating System and Collective Data
- Warranty Management
- Track the cost of warrantable repairs with various vendors and ensure that monies are collected as required
- Assist in running various reports as required by your immediate supervisor
- This is instrumental in the daily operation and organization of this department
- Responsible for the creation and organization of all Equipment Maintenance Files
- Responsible for the day-to-day data entry information using Collective Data

**Parts and Inventory Administration**:

- Assist in the coordination of work orders
- Ensure the correct parts required for the job are ordered and PO’s are issued if required
- Prepare proper PO’s and match to work orders
- Assist in collecting annual inventory of parts, tools, and supplies for in house fabrication shop
- Assist in entering internal invoices
- Ensure all parts are ordered are invoiced in a timely manner and match to original work orders and PO’s
- Communicate any changed to work orders or PO’s when required top your immediate supervisor

**Other Duties**:

- Office filing
- General office administration
- Process billing for internal stainless shop (Big Rig)
- Responsible for the timely collection of payroll timesheets for Big Rig employees
- Other duties as required to ensure the daily operation of the Equipment Services, Licensing, and Fuel Management Departments

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
