***

**Meet Your Future Team**:
The Compliance team works cross-functionally to provide a strong connection between product creation and our supply chain. We bridge the gap between what we build at Arc’teryx and what we value. This work is complex but critical for ensuring integrity & accountability and the role will require close collaboration with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure a robust end-to-end traceability program is in place that anticipates the future needs of the business.

- Identifying & assessing the tools needed to effectively support supply chain transparency. Finding solutions tailored to our needs
- Developing, refining, and executing the traceability operations required as the program is established
- Mapping supply chain tiers in as much detail as possible to identify biggest areas of risk. Manage and mitigate appropriately
- Providing training to all stakeholders about chain of custody documentation
- Working with suppliers to encourage and assist them with continuous improvement on their transparency & traceability practices
- Managing, tracking & reporting data to relevant teams
- Establishing best practice for processes & protocol within your scope. Reviewing functionality of systems & tools to support data integrity and efficacy

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Contributing to advancing this body of work for the industry through participation in the Textile Exchange and AAFA working groups and committees
- Supporting the acceleration of têxtile circularity within our brand and the têxtile industry using digital IDs

**Are you our next Traceability Specialist?**:

- You have a minimum of 5+ years relevant industry experience in a consumer goods setting - working with materials, components and supply chain procurement, compliance, or sustainability. A degree in Product Development or Design or related fields is a plus
- You have experience in project management and demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills and agility in developing process and protocols
- You can think strategically and balance the needs of multiple cross functional teams
- You are an effective communicator and highly collaborative with demonstrated effectiveness at building strong partnerships
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
- You are committed to not only identifying solutions but driving change
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are an independent worker who operates with integrity and maintains personal accountability
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
