**Overview of Position**:
As Loyalty Program Marketing Manager, you will be an important member of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team within the Corporate Marketing & Innovation Department. GM loyalty programs are designed to provide an engaging customer experience, enhance brand loyalty, and generate profitable, incremental sales. As the Loyalty Program Manager, you will have the opportunity lead and shape our Loyalty offerings through your efforts in:

- Managing our GM Card customer portfolio
- Helping lead the exploration and development of new loyalty program opportunities
- Managing all internal and public facing communications related to Loyalty campaigns
- Maximizing redemption opportunities for program members through the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns
- Managing relationships with external and internal teams to ensure an effective, efficient program experience for our customers
- Developing business cases to maximize benefits to GM and ultimately drive the best value for our customers

**Key Activities**:
Lead/Manage/Own:

- Manage and execute the marketing plan for GM Card
- Integrate with other department business & marketing plans (Brands, Regional teams, etc.)
- Lead a cross-functional support team for GM’s loyalty campaigns (Call Centre, IT, Campaign Management, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Develop content for regular business review meetings
- Manage all aspects of program member customer experience
- Accountable for Card business case and maximizing program economics
- Present GM Loyalty Program updates, gather feedback and work with various stakeholders to optimize our go to market strategy

Support/Facilitate/Coordinate:

- Explore and shape new loyalty campaign opportunities
- Use Card program knowledge (analytics, segmentation, Bank and Network channels) to support other key business challenges, including key city performance, multicultural market share, conquest, etc.
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved integration and implementation of broader business objectives within the Canadian market
- Engage various internal stakeholders to enable well-coordinated strategies and tactics
- Support other current and future Loyalty program initiatives as required

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Discipline in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively remotely and in office as required
- Loyalty program marketing experience is an asset
- Banking industry experience is an asset
- Automotive industry experience is an asset

**Education and Training**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or Relevant Work Experience
- Driver’s License
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required

**Work Location**:This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work remotely and from the office on a regular basis. Our offices are located in Markham and Oshawa.
