**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Process Plant Planning General Supervisor, you will be part of the Process Plant Maintenance Department. You will be accountable for coordinating the Process Plant shutdowns while ensuring activities are planned, provisioned and ready for execution to increase overall operating availability. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Plan resources, materials and detailed individual work scopes, requiredor scheduled maintenance activities;
- Develop shutdown procedures, inclusive of guidelines from initial work identification through to the hand over back to operations;
- Coordinate activities of cross-functional groups involved in major shutdowns;
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance cost forecasts, budgets and monthly maintenance reports;
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on the performance and progress of major shutdowns;
- Manage contractors during shutdowns;
- Manage purchase orders and ensure cost efficiency of all aspects of the shutdowns;
- Provide progress report during shutdowns;
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are reinforced as the highest priority during maintenance activities.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Mechanical trade qualification in a maintenance or engineering field;
- 10 years’ experience in a Maintenance/Process department;
- 5 years’ experience in planning;
- Knowledge of maintenance planning practices and an understanding of maintenance schedule process;
- Working knowledge of SAP;

**Your Work Schedule**:

- Schedule: 4/3 or 7/7 at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON;
- You will be required to be flexible with schedule changes to accommodate mill shutdowns.
