**National Esports Tournament** _(NEST)_ is a leading esports organization dedicated to delivering exciting, professional-grade gaming experiences. From casual gaming to high-stakes competition, we connect players, fans, and industry professionals in a vibrant community. We're seeking an Esports Tournament Host who can bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for gaming to our events.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Host and facilitate live esports tournaments, both online and in-person.

Engage and interact with players, audiences, and commentators, keeping the event lively and on schedule.

Make real-time announcements, provide commentary, and update the audience on tournament progress.

Present winners, prizes, and special announcements in an enthusiastic and professional manner.

Work closely with production and event staff to ensure a smooth flow of events.

Assist with audience engagement on social media before, during, and after tournaments to create a lasting connection with viewers.

Uphold NEST's brand values and create a welcoming environment for all new participants.

**Qualifications**:
Previous Hosting Experience: Experience hosting live events, especially within the gaming or esports industry, is a plus.

Esports Knowledge: Familiarity with popular esports titles, tournament formats, and player communities.

Strong Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and engaging speaking ability, able to interact effectively with both live and virtual audiences.

Energetic and Charismatic: Capable of bringing excitement and enthusiasm to tournaments, making the event enjoyable for participants and viewers.

Adaptability: Able to handle real-time changes and communicate updates smoothly.

Technical Comfort: Comfortable working with live streaming platforms, microphones, and other event equipment.

Social Media Savvy:Ability to engage audiences on social platforms and promote events
