Proteus Performance Management (A HUB International company) is currently looking for a strong Administrative Assistant to support various teams for the summer duration starting in May to August. The Administrative Assistant will work independently, use MS Office skills, databases and provide administrative support for assigned teams or projects. Responsibilities will vary dependent on business needs and will require flexibility, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and the opportunity to work with research, analyst and technology teams. HUB/Proteus may be your preferred career choice upon graduation. This is an ideal role for a student interested in a career in pension governance and investment consulting and who can commit to the full summer duration.

**Responsibilities**:
Provides administrative assistance to assigned teams

Assigned projects for operational efficiencies in various departments

Maintains and update client information accurately

Uploads client specific information

File management projects

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Enrolled in a Bachelors Business Administration/Commerce or Economics Program (3rd year student)

**Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite**: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required

Ability to work independently and in teams
