'''Duties''' We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures - Supervising and training staff members to ensure excellent customer service - Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Assisting with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized - Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies - Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates '''Skills''' To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management - Experience with budgeting and financial analysis - Previous experience supervising a team in a retail environment - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers - Knowledge of sales management techniques to motivate and inspire the team - Familiarity with store management responsibilities, such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for retail and leadership, we would love to hear from you. **Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:
