**The Opportunity**:
The **Coordinator - Logistics** will report directly to the Manager - Logistics and will be located at Sanjel’s Edmonton district location. The primary function of this position is to coordinate required resources (i.e. personnel, equipment/materials, third party) to execute work related to pumping services.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Receives calls from customers, sales and field operations and identities required personnel, product, and transportations requirements
- Scheduling and coordination of drivers and Bulkers/B-train/Chem vans
- Coordination of fleet of 3rd party equipment, with a focus on optimization and cost control
- Assist with Bulk Plant operations including; inventory management (i.e. tracking, ordering, forecasting), vendor coordination, warehouse shipments, invoicing, materials/product documentation, etc.
- Quality control
- Tracking of people, equipment and products.
- Assist with forecasting and provide product requirement updates to Supply Chain

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of Transportation Industry experience
- Knowledgeable of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Safety and Team focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Must possess strong Excel skills and experience
