What You'll Do:

As a Commercial Vehicle Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our commercial vehicle fleet. This includes coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing relationships with service providers. You will also be responsible for monitoring fleet performance, identifying areas for cost savings, and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with drivers to ensure they follow safety protocols and maintain proper daily logs.

Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinating vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch coordination
- Overseeing regular maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs
- Ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations
- Tracking vehicle usage, incidents, maintenance costs, and other key performance indicators
- Managing relationships with service providers and repair budgets
- Identifying areas for cost savings and recommending improvements
- Working closely with drivers to ensure safety protocols and proper daily logs

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Certification in Logistics or related field preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
- Fleet coordination or logistics certifications a plus
