The West Vancouver Parks, Culture & Community Services Department has an opening for a permanent, part-time Assistant Program Coordinator - Health & Fitness. Reporting to the Program Coordinator (Health & Fitness), this position will be:

- Assisting with supervising, training, and mentoring kinesiologists, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors;
- Assisting with developing, organizing, and coordinating personal training, group fitness, active rehabilitation programs and special events;
- Providing administrative assistance and handling customer service inquiries;
- Instructing active rehabilitation classes as required;
- Assuming responsibility for facility and program operations as required; and,
- Other related duties as needed.

Position Status:
Union (WVMEA) - Permanent, Part-Time (0.8)

Hours of Work:
30 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary and will include weekend and/or early morning or evening hours)

Starting Rate of Pay:
$32.92 per hour

This position has a pay structure with five steps which increases based on hours worked.
