We need to HEAT, VENT, AIR CONDITION our buildings 24/7. Most of the energy consumed in a building is for our comfort and 50% of it is wasted. This is because buildings have little to no technology to control this.

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an **Technical Support Coordinator** **(specific title commensurate with experience).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide timely and efficient technical support to existing customers and the Customer Success team by diagnosing issues **remotely** using both Parity’s diagnostic tools and Tridium’s Niagara Framework.
- Maintain service records and update client documentation to reflect ongoing service activity
- Review building operations and audit existing systems for potential improvements and commissioning opportunities
- Work with the Energy Reporting team to look for energy savings opportunities and investigate systems that are running inefficiently
- Coordinate and manage service projects with third party contractors to resolve potential on site deficiencies or equipment failures
- Work with the Product team to upgrade and improve Parity’s software integrations and capabilities across existing clients' building automation systems
- Attend daily service/support meetings to help document, action on, and follow up on said actions on behalf of the team
- Support the Product, Success, Service and Operations team to identify and implement improvements or enhancements

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years experience working in the HVAC industry, with exposure to building automation system operation, troubleshooting or installation is preferred.
- ** If you are a new grad from a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, electronics etc.) at the Community College level or higher you may be considered if you have demonstrated leadership, extracurricular or applicable student work-term experience**:

- Customer service experience is a must We are looking for someone who is able to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience as a Building Operator / Superintendent in high rise buildings, or as a Commercial HVAC Technician would be an asset
- Work amongst a dynamic team of people
- Must possess the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have strong troubleshooting abilities while also having the ability to approach problems calmly, with empathy, and be able adapt and change as new information is presented
- The aptitude and eagerness to learn and stretch
- Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and be extremely proactive
- Experience with the Tridium’s Niagara Framework or Start-up experience are a plus
