Ensure You're the Perfect Fit:

- You boast over five years of Sales or Community Outreach experience, with at least two years in a pivotal role.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Community Relations, or a related field.
- Your track record includes meeting and exceeding outreach targets and fostering robust community ties.
- Experienced in utilizing CRM tools to streamline outreach efforts.
- Any background in healthcare or senior care is highly regarded.
- You possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community engagement within the Scarborough territory.

Your Role & Schedule:

- Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility is required for community events and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community referral sources, expanding our outreach database.
- Generate and follow up on leads using our proven outreach strategy.
- Establish and sustain strong community connections to enhance Nurse Next Door’s visibility and impact.
- Transition prospects into Nurse Next Door advocates and clients.
- Champion Nurse Next Door's home care services are available across various community platforms.
- Organize and conduct outreach efforts efficiently, maximizing impact while managing time effectively.
- Achieve outreach objectives, meticulously document engagements, and deliver insightful weekly reports.
