Bravo Tango is looking for a professional, friendly person with digital prowess and who’s a great cultural fit, to join our team as our new _Digital Coordinator_. In this role, you will thrive as you develop social media content calendars, manage social accounts, set up and monitor online advertising campaigns, and help to develop social media strategies. While you will need to work independently at times, you will also need to thrive in a group setting, working closely with a dedicated team including the Media Director, whom you’ll report to, graphic designers, and account planners. Because of this team approach, you will also work in-office at our Regina location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan monthly content calendars based on social strategy, analytics, and past performance
- Develop, write, and edit social media content
- Collaborate with graphic designers on content creation
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Post content according to a pre-planned calendar using social media management software and tools to improve efficiency and manage all accounts effectively
- Monitor client accounts and report on comments, reviews, mentions, and messages so that a timely response can be provided
- Monitor, review, and provide strategic counsel regarding clients’ social media
- Analyze online conversations and trends related to the client’s industry to discover new opportunities
- Set up and implement paid online campaigns, including social media and programmatic advertising
- Develop and compile monthly reports and web analytics to inform content creation
- Set up of new social media channels
- Continually research and stay up to date with evolving social media best practices

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience working on organic social media accounts within multiple social media platforms or a digital marketing role
- Engaging social media copywriting skills
- Experience working in Hootsuite (or other management programs) and with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Experience with media platform ad managers including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Spotify, and programmatic networks
- Understanding of ad tracking and pixel management
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Extremely organized with exceptional prioritizing skills with limited direction
- Strong analytical skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
