As a Business Development Supervisor (BDS) for ABHI, you will symbolize what our institution embodies. ABHI is a private post secondary school whose objective is to give equal opportunity to individuals aspiring to have a stable career through education.

We are looking for motivated, determined and innovative individuals to join our growing team. As a BDS, you will have a direct impact on the growth of our organization by seeking new prospects and converting them into enrolees. You will work closely with our Communications and Marketing Director and have the opportunity to learn the ropes of the trade, be creative and competitive.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Identify areas where prospects can be developed.
- Represent our organization in trade fairs, educational industry events, online or/and in-person.
- Participate in the meetings where you should bring strategies and ideas to advance our organization’s values, objectives and vision for the future.

To be an effective member of the team, you must:

- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess strong persistence and unafraid of rejections to achieve your goals.
- Be comfortable in front of the camera.
- Passionate to learn and wiling to initiate unconventional strategies to achieve the organizations objectives.
- Enthusiastic to hunt for new prospects to fuel the enrolment pipeline.

Details:

- Certificate/Diploma in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong computer knowledge ( MS Office Applications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can communicate in English and Tagalog (is an asset)

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,014.76 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
