**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Senior Advisor to the Transformation Manager.
- Assists the transformation manager in developing master schedules.
- Responsible for different workshops.
- Writes processes and procedures related to changes.
- Trains the different parties involved in the change.
- Measures the implemented changes effectiveness and makes the necessary adjustments.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a portfolio and/or program project controller.
- Good knowledge of business, functional and corporate processes.
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Excellent sense of analysis and processing the information.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Priorities oriented and ability to complete tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in a collaborative and team environment.
- Good judgment and discretion in delicate situations.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role

requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.).
