Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our
growing team. We are looking for a meticulous individual with an enthusiastic and motivated

What you you'll do:

- Work together with the Logistics Coordinator in shipping orders out and day-to
- day tasks related to the department
- Liaise between the customer care team members and carrier representatives on
individual files to resolve any shipping issues and/or inquiries
- Work and follow up with carriers to determine estimated shipping times and dates
and relay them to related parties
- Ensuring customer service team and logistics partners have a quick response time
by staying on top of your assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review.
- Demonstrating conflict resolution and interpersonal skills in order to help the
customer service team find the best solutions for the customers
- Be the in-house go-to person for the Logistics team regarding processes and
procedures
- Assist in documentation and organization of departmental information
- Other ad hoc duties may apply

What you'll need:

- 1 year in customer service and/or in an office environment
- A post-secondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent; concentration in
transportation logistics, operations or similar as an asset
- An interest in Logistics of an eCommerce business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extreme detail-orientation and great multi-tasking skills with the ability to
prioritize
- Able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
- Able to balance being self-managed and being part of a team
- Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
