We are looking for a Guest Services Representative to make our guests feel welcome and ensure an enjoyable stay at our resort. We are a small membership campground and timeshare resort. As a small resort we appreciate a can do attitude and a willingness to jump in to get the job done Responsibilities include reservations and check-in/check-out processes, communicating with guests during their stay to ensure a positive experience and working closely with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
Previous office or hospitality experience is an asset but not required. Along with Microsoft Office experience, cash handling, problem solving and multitasking skills. The position requires working weekends & evenings. Hours worked per week do vary from summer (average 32 hours per week) to winter ( 20-28 hours per week).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
