**What we are looking for**

The HRBP will be an extension of the greater HR team and will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions for the St-Hubert Farm, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, disability management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations, including CNESST.

**Responsibilities / Responsabilités**
- Develop and execute HR plans and programs that align with the business goals of GoodLeaf Farms and corporate People strategies
- Provide guidance and support to the management team of the St-Hubert Farm on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, disability
- Be a positive ambassador of GoodLeaf Farms and onboard and orientate new team members, ensuring they are introduced to the larger team, are integrated into their role and the culture, and receive the necessary training and tools to succeed and work independently in their role.
- Administer and manage the team member benefit programs
- Work with the larger HR Team to help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations
- Lead the performance management process in the St-Hubert Farm, including coaching hiring managers on conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying development opportunities
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and lead employee social events
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and develop and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
